How It Works
A simple guide to our platform.
## Welcome to ibbnconnects! Here’s how it all works.
Our platform is designed to help you build your network, grow your business, and contribute to the community. Here's a simple guide to what you can do.
### 1. Joining the Network
Simply sign up with your email and contact details. If a referral link brought you here, your referrer is automatically assigned as your L1 upline. This relationship is key to our commission system.
### 2. The Referral System
Our network grows through a simple 2-level referral system:
- **L1 (Level 1):** People you directly invite using your unique referral link.
- **L2 (Level 2):** People your L1 members invite.
You earn commissions from the activities of both levels, rewarding you for growing the community.
### 3. Starting a Business or NGO
Once you're a member, you can apply to register a business or an NGO (non-governmental organization) on our platform.
- **NGOs:** Applications are free.
- **Businesses:** A small annual networking fee is required, payable via PayPal during application.
Each user can register one business and one NGO. Our team will review your application before it goes live.
### 4. Selling Products & Services
Approved businesses and NGOs can list items for sale. We support four types:
- **Physical:** Tangible goods that you ship.
- **Digital:** Downloadable content like e-books or software.
- **Appointments:** Bookable time slots for your services.
- **Events:** Tickets for workshops, seminars, or other gatherings.
### 5. Getting Paid
We integrate with PayPal, allowing you to receive payments securely for your products and services.
### 6. Earning Commissions
You earn a commission whenever someone in your L1 or L2 network:
- Pays a membership or networking fee.
- Makes a product purchase.
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the sale amount and are distributed automatically. You can track your earnings in your profile.
### 7. The Book of Good Deeds
This is a unique feature where you can privately log your positive contributions. You also have the option to share these deeds publicly on our "Wall of Good Deeds" to inspire the community, either with your full name or a nickname.
